"I took my tween daughter with some LDs and her friend and sat on a separate table to them so they could chat. We all painted and chilled listening to fantastic music with drinks and snacks. We all had a brilliant time. The painted pottery gets fired in a kiln and comes out all shiny! (Sorry, I dont know the technical term). We can pick it up in a few days and I can't wait. This has been an afternoon of bliss for me as I never usually have the chance to do anything creative. I'd highly recommend this place for everyone (I have no artistic talent). Thank you so much. I will definitely be back."

"Gorgeous place, full of character with such friendly owners that made our experience special, you can tell how much they care. There are so many pieces to chose from, with every colour paint you could imagine and every brush size you could ever need. My friends and I had such a wonderful time, we can’t wait to come back!"

"Went last week with my best mate the day after Valentine’s Day. The lady that saw us was very nice and kind. The atmosphere was relaxing there was music playing but it wasn’t loud at all and the price are really good as I did a small cow pot for about £13 can’t remember exactly what I paid but it was still a good price anyways and my friend did a plate for I think £22 pound so for me I think there really good prices as other places I been have cost more so i definitely will be going again with my friend or family"

"What a little gem this studio/cafe is😻Visited with a group of friends 5 in total. We all loved it and felt so chilled and relaxed when we left. We choose our individual pieces of pottery and along with a cup of coffe painted with the choice of paints and brushes that were provided. The atmosphere was chilled with relaxing quite music in the background. There were various tables with people who were quietly painting and chatting various age groups enjoying themselves and being respectful. We handed our master pieces over to be glazed which we can pick up next week
The lady /owner (sorry didn’t get your name) was lovely and helpful.
There is tea coffee hot chocolate and snacks available. We really couldn’t fault our afternoon and are so glad we tried it. Highly recommend and I do sincerely hope it proves to be a success. It’s a wonderful change from barbershop and takeaways. This little business would be equally at home in a artisan environment/village high street. Don’t forget to book beforehand. We will be back"

Our story

I grew up in Northern England, spending my childhood in Hull, until I moved to the United States as a teenager. I met my husband while serving in the U.S. Air Force, and we raised our two children while traveling around the U.S. and Europe for various military assignments. I always missed England, and after my husband retired, we moved to Manchester to build our life in the country that has always felt like home to me.

I am excited to introduce a creative new pottery studio to the city I love and build my family business here.
